Contract Detail: GSA Schedule 70 is an IDIQ contract administered by the Federal Supply Service of the General Services Administration. As a GSA contractor under FSS Schedule 70, Crystal Management provides a wide variety of Information Technology services. Any agency of the U.S. Government may take advantage of Schedule 70 task orders to secure products and services in a variety of skill areas, including systems analysis, design, and installation; programming; and integrated logistics support.

GSA Schedule 70 – IT Professional Services (132-51)
Includes resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management, and other services relevant to 29CFR541.400.
GSA Schedule 70 – Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS)
GSA has established four (4) Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINs) on IT Schedule 70 to provide agencies quicker access to key, pre-vetted support services that will expand agencies’ capacity to test their high-priority IT systems, rapidly address potential vulnerabilities, and stop adversaries before they impact our networks.
Under the HACS SINs, Crystal Management offers federal, state, and local governments the following services:
- 132-45A Penetration Testing is security testing in which assessors mimic real-world attacks to identify methods for circumventing the security features of an application, system, or network.
- 132-45B Incident Response services help organizations impacted by a Cybersecurity compromise determine the extent of the incident, remove the adversary from their systems, and restore their networks to a more secure state.
- 132-45C Cyber Hunt activities are responses to crisis or urgent situations within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and potential threats. Cyber Hunt activities start with the premise that threat actors known to target some organizations in a specific industry, or specific systems, are likely to also target other organizations in the same industry or with the same systems.
- 132-45D Risk and Vulnerability Assessment conduct assessments of threats and vulnerabilities, determines deviations from acceptable configurations, enterprise or local policy, assesses the level of risk, and develops and/or recommends appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations.
The purpose of NETCENTS-2 NETOPS & Infrastructure Solutions contract is to provide Network Operations (NetOps), Infrastructure, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) implementation and transformation services and solutions to the United States AF (USAF) and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies at locations inside the contiguous United States (CONUS), outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) and in war zone areas. Crystal Management is partnered with SMS Data Products Group and HPE for the small business and unrestricted tracks respectively.
The US Army IMCS 3 IDIQ is a $850 million dollar contract that provides the Army with diverse information technology services consisting of, system administration, telephone switching, land mobile radio, and video teleconferencing services to Army installations across the United States. Crystal Management is partnered with SMS Data Products Group.
The Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract is the procurement cornerstone for Army IT systems. The contract provides IT services and solutions to all military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. Crystal Management is partnered with GDIT.
Provide support to technology service requirements across the DLA Information Operations Enterprise, the DLA Program Executive Offices (PEO), and all other technology service requirements supported through DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) acquisitions. Crystal Management is partnered with TMR Inc. and GDIT for the small business and unrestricted tracks respectively.
DHS EAGLE II is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. Crystal Management is partnered with an 8(a), Small Business and Unrestricted track prime for Functional Category 1.
